Next up, Karin is back in the fight with CHAO Xinzqai.
Sourthrop noted the similarity to similar hands issued by Fate against Asuna during the Kyoto arc.
Heh!heh!heh! Somehow, I doubt Chao is going for the tickling maneuver.
I know it won’t happen, but I sure wish that Karin would be the one to win her fight and come save Touta. Oh well.

Well, Karin’s is a bit of trouble. ^_^;
Karin’s past is explored. That’s likely Eva leaving with Karin back during the time of witch trials, but I’ll speak more of that after I’ve read the chapter and blogged a review.
Oh yeah, baby! I’m starting to get excited because this could be what I wanted to see happen.
You go, girl!
Seriously, I really, REALLY hope that this is Karin’s finishing blow, after which, she emerges in a pissed off state to where Kuroumaru is in dire straits and Touta is still sealed. It would be awesome to see her unleash, then have Touta unsealed where he hopefully learns a lesson from all this.
As usual, Southrop has excellent translator notes, should you guys wish to read them. I’m always a big fan of translator notes, so I will always highly recommend them. ^_^

Thanks for the images, chapter looks pretty good.
It may be same spell as Fate but with shadows rather than water. And Fate’s ones were supposed to bind/restrict. The tickling part was a malfunction of it because of Asuna’s magic cancel.
Looks like we’ll get more info on Karin in this chapter as well. ^_^

This was in really bad taste, since you’re equaling a moment of weakness and emotional fragility with feminity.
I can see the ending… Touta awakes mysteriously and beats the wolf dude with the instant movement attack that taught him.

I read the chapter on managa stream, kuromaru scene at the start makes me want him to turn into a girl… Uh main highlight of the chapter is karin and I loved her fight.
Her holy light form reminds me of magia erebea but opposite in nature
I won’t get to read it for several hours still, but I am looking forward to it. ^_^
