Spoiler Summary/Synopsis:

Tonikaku Cawaii Chapter 59Nasa gets called away by a former work senpai to do some work. He lets Tsukasa know that he’ll text her when he has info on whether he can come home that night or not. Tsukasa works the front desk of the bathhouse, where Kaname figures out Tsukasa is already missing Nasa. Kaname suggests she send a text with one of those sticker attachments.

Tsukasa ponders and worries on whether to send such a text or not. Aya comes in, also figuring Tsukasa is lonely. She tries to tell Tsukasa that Nasa’s probably missing her as well. However, since Nasa isn’t sending sticker attachments, Tsukasa becomes worried.

She frets about this all evening until Nasa sends her a text. She’s relieved to hear that he is missing her, but couldn’t send a text earlier due to work. However, she’s still troubled by the notion that he might not come home until the following morning.

Thoughts/Review:

Hata-sensei decides to explore some “first time apart” elements in a new marriage in Tonikaku Cawaii Chapter 59.

The Lonely Housewife

Its funny that Aya and Kaname were able to quickly deduce that Tsukasa might be missing Nasa. Of course, their role in Tonikaku Cawaii Chapter 59 was to help fuel Tsukasa’s concerns.

It is understandable that after spending all this time with Nasa, suddenly being without him would be a bit of an issue. I’ve never been married, so I can’t speak to the depths of her insecurities. However, it did remind me of things people who are young and dating for the first time might experience.

That said, I did like how both Nasa and Tsukasa were missing each other.

Final Thoughts and Conclusion

In the end, Tonikaku Cawaii Chapter 59 is fine for what it is. There’s not a lot of humor since I don’t find Tsukasa’s fretting funny. But it is a fine chapter, even if there’s not much to say about it.
