Spoiler Summary/Synopsis:

Kaname informs Nasa that because Tsukasa is married to him, he’s the only one who can truly compliment her and express his love for her. As such, Nasa starts doing research. In addition, he ponders saying complimentary things without reason is wise. He decides comparing Tsukasa to an idol in a positive way is not the way to go. However, he comes up with a plan.

The next morning, Nasa is awake when Tsukasa wakes. He tells her she’s cute. Unfortunately, she mostly blows it off. She leaves to help Kaname, giving Nasa time to worry about her lack of a response to his words. He decides he needs more practice by studying shoujo manga.

Meanwhile, Kaname notices Tsukasa is in high spirits while they clean the baths. However, Tsukasa refuses to say why she’s in a good mood.

Thoughts/Review:

Hata-sensei uses Tonikaku Cawaii Chapter 83 to finish up his split 18-page allotment with a 10-page chapter. In it, he has more advice for guys dealing with lovely ladies.

Marital Work

As happened in chapter 82, Hata-sensei is giving readers a glimpse into the hard work that is marriage. Women and men are such different creatures despite both being human. So even though Nasa scores massive brownie points with Tsukasa, she doesn’t let him know. She’s not trying to be a jerk. Its just the way women are. Unfortunately, it leaves the man scrambling to figure out if he’s done something wrong or not.

There’s a saying–happy wife, happy life. I don’t know if Hata-sensei is going to continue this particular little story thread. However, if he did, a happy Tsukasa will be more than willing to make Nasa happy. But these are things that have to be learned.
