Here’s what I know many of you have been waiting for — the original-sized, sneak-peek SPOILER images for Mahou Sensei Negima! Chapter 314 as brought to you by anonymous Japanese fans (click pic to make bigger, y’all).

Yes.  I should have known that Negi’s stripping power would be the reason there is a female Fate at his location.  *lol*

    first! knew it zecht…

  3. TX07TL says:

Is that confirmed or just a guess?

  4. Anonymous says:

    Negi stripping Sextum–pervy…

  5. AstroNerdBoy says:

If it is Zecht, then Zecht is an ancestor of Negi.

  6. Ultimaniac says:

uuu..How does he do it…Every single new chapter…I always feel like I got hit by a friggin truck…

  7. D-Omen says:

Zecht? It looks way more like Asuna’s child form to me. Look at the hairline (kinda different from Zecht’s) and the twintails going into the robe.

  8. Neowulf says:

    Is it realy Zecht?
He does have some strange motives, lets see how it will turn out.

    Fate to the rescue?
Well, I had a hunch something like this would happen. Interesting, very interesting.
Mayby Shiori’s CE dream will happen in a way 😉

  9. The Curious Fan says:

Calling it now, Zecht(assuming it is Zecht) will fill in the blank spots in the story regarding him and Nagi vs The Lifemaker.

Also, it appears Fate has officially turned good.

    -The Curious Fan.

  10. The Curious Fan says:

    @D-omen

Those two twintails are part of the robe.

    -The Curious Fan.

  11. Vision says:

no fate is not good he just does not want “humans” who are no threat to be hurt i think.

Fate and Negi are still going to fight it out in the end its just that atm they both happen to be fighting for the same reason.

  12. Anastasio says:

Fate almost seems like Vegeta in his relationship with Negi, with that absurd logic of “I save the heroes because they are my prey and only I am allowed to defeat them.”

  13. Krono says:

“Also, it appears Fate has officially turned good.”

Nah, this isn’t Fate turning good. This is Fate going the “Only I get to kick their asses!” route.

  14. Anonymous says:

What will you bet that it isn´t Zecht but Asunas Mom/Arikas sister?

I have watched the one picture carefully and it seems to be real twintails, not the robe.

    And what Negi says…

Maybe its true that it is Negis aunt because Arika was the first-borne and she was jealous or something.
Maybe she is the MotB. Or it is a role, Arikas Bloodline can take over.

    (Sorry for mistakes.)

is that the real master?? so happy this week has spoiler >.<

  16. Anonymous says:

And Also. To the people who thought it was Zecht. It isn’t him at all. Its a completely new character. not only was it canonly said the master of the grave was a female (Zecht is a guy) but it looks nothing like him.

  17. The Curious Fan says:

    @vision

Do you think that Negi and Fate are going to be capable of doing anything other than lying on the ground exhausted after their battles with Quartum and Quintum?

Also, fine he hasn’t turned good yet.

    -The Curious Fan

  18. The Curious Fan says:

I just noticed but Negi’s hands are back to normal instead of the claw seen when he used barrier crushing palm on Dynamis.

    -The Curious Fan.

  19. Philip says:

so… the Jedi Knight Negi returns…

  20. shana says:

there isn’t zecht. in image 5 negi said “asuna”. is asuna’s child!!!

  21. Anonymous says:

    it’s asuna small, no zecht

  22. Ultimaniac says:

    @Anastasio

And we both know how that relationship turned out in the end =D

We can only hope the same thing happens with Fate and Negi.

  23. Rusty says:

Was there ever any reference to Zecht’s gender? Nagi always referred to Zecht as master. I always see Zecht referred to as male on the boards and vaguely recall AR members referring to Zecht as male.

“Master” was identified as female already, so I’m betting against her being Zecht.

    After reading the translation…

Interesting that Negi refers to her as Asuna and his mother’s… I think there was something else he saw/learned in limbo that hasn’t appeared yet, but will soon.

And she refers to Negi as her descendant. I’m losing faith in the Negi=Nagi theory, but can still see where it could happen.

More than likely, I suspect. The “new” Fates have displayed a seemingly callous disregard for people in general, shown via their contempt of Negi’s students. Fate Tertious himself no doubt properly considers Negi’s students to be no threat to him at all, but we know that he considers everyone to be of value. The new Fates don’t seem to share that sentiment, and I can easily see Fate Tertious stepping in to stop them.

Of course, the overarching plan will be to stop them, then beat Negi so that he can resume the CE scheme.

  25. Anonymous says:

Of course the female is nothing more than cheap fanservice

  26. The Curious Fan says:

Just realized, it isn’t Zecht people. The Master of the Grave doesn’t have those perma-blush thingys that Zecht has.

    -The Curious Fan.

  27. Ku_fei Lover says:

    Negi’s scar is gone?

And he seems a little older

  28. Anonymous says:

I think it’s Amateru, the first queen of Ostia. That’s the only other ancestor aside from the Lifemaker that we know of, unless Negi started studying his family tree without us knowing.

  29. ZeroUrashima says:

When was “Master” identified as female?
I don’t remember reading that anywhere… Fate talked a few times about “Inherited ‘his’ will” but I don’t remember reading “Master” being female…

Heck, even in 313, Dynamis says that our Master is only “kare” (him) so it should be a male, where in the world did it say it’s a female? A mistranslation somewhere? I don’t read English scans btw.

  30. Hannah says:

    @ZeroUrashima

The “master” Fate and Dynamis were referring to was presumably the Lifemaker, that’s a different character from the Master of the Grave. Shiori said the Master of the Grave was female.

  31. The Curious Fan says:

New theory, the Master of the Grave will teach Negi how to use his royal magic.

    -The Curious Fan.

  32. Alba says:

At first, I though it’s Zecht. But then I see their difference: eyebrows. The Graveyard Keeper have same eyebrows with Arika, it likely that she was a part of Ostia royalty.
Just how many people will be relate in some way with Negi? It’s start to get ridiculous. Everyone’s related indeed…

  33. It seems that way… It’s quite interesting how the story turned out. Think about the storyline early on in the series… Akamatsu-sensei is pulling out more answers and questions out – while executing some ideas brilliantly.

  34. veron05 says:

To be honest it seems more likely that she is asuna sister. I mean if asuna is the twilight princess, and she is the grave keeper. it means she probably was the one that watched over asuna while she was asleep(in a coma). Heck she could be the one who gave fate the GGMK. my vote, asuna sister.
