UQ HOLDER Chapter 179 SPOILERS
Here is some SPOILER info for the upcoming UQ Holder Chapter 179, courtesy of the French publisher Pika Edition. (My review of the chapter should come out as soon as they appear on comiXology, depending on when they publish the chapter.)
So without further ado, here’s the French.
And in machine translated English…
Tôta has finally found his former companions, starting with his dear friend Kurômaru! To escape their enemies, they made believe they were dead and took refuge in a parallel world using dimensional rifts. They have installed their new HQ in the old workshop of Negi, a workshop which will reserve Tôta some surprises.
So it seems like they were in Dana’s realm, or something very similar. But we’ll see when the chapter comes out.
As usual, I’ll keep an eye open for spoiler images and such. In the meantime, I’d love to hear any thoughts you all have.
Finally, if you want to see me blathering as I play various games, do give my YouTube page a subscribe. I really appreciate it. 😄 Link: https://www.youtube.com/c/AstroNerdBoy
I’m extremely surprised that it seems like we’re actually staying with the current future as the setting of the series for now. I thought when this arc started the plot would quickly become “How does Touta go back in time to regroup with his friends.”
But instead all of his friends and allies are in this future as well.
Yeah, I’m surprised too. In fact, this entire arc has surprised me because it feels more like Sensei has decided to delay ending the manga.
Okay… I suppose they meet someone from Negima at that workshop, only for that character to be completely discarded and forgotten like so many others afterwards.
Chamo is all I can think of. Or maybe Mana.
We’ve already seen them, so would it really be that surprising. Chachamaru seems like a better guess
We’ve seen Chachamaru as well. I was thinking of someone like Poyo, or maybe the Master of the Graves, who would make sense, is long overdue any explanation, and should be long lived enough. Not that I expect it to be actually her, that’d make too much sense for this series.
It wasn’t any of them. I’m not sure who was being referred to, unless it was Sept and or Nikitis.
I read the chapter it came out… Looks like there are some uh… surprises.
Nikitis’ sleeping cap is oddly adorable.
I need to look at that again.
That’s for sure.
