The images confirm what the others were saying in the earlier post about Shiori. I’m excited to see how this all turns out.
So exciting to see a possible romantic subplot with Shiori (feelings for Negi inherited from Asuna vs her loyalty to Fate, how interesting~)

This is really blur again, first one asuna/negi have a fight to decide who will be healed first, each of them think the other one’s injury is more important.

Shiori thoughts(cf previous post), and that ‘butaikai”(some kind of fighting event here?) invitation letter. I think they are saying something about the sender or about what would happen if they open the letter (magically selled to trigger something? Too blur again!)

Ok, I was so excited about this line that I mispelled it, but still… :p
There’s really a lot of thing to says about this chapter… That’s kinda impressive, not like some more well know shounen manga… you know, those three manga… The more chapter come out, the more I like negima <3
Oh well.
By the way, there’s another line that I forgot to translate in that japanese blog I linked earlier.
When negi react about his village tragedy, here’s is the line that gödel says :
hehe… someone as smart as you should know… The person who did earn the most benefits form this incident…
So it means:
-Gödel knows, or at least has a strong presumption about, who is the culprit.
-This is someone Negi knows ?!? But who!
No matter how hard I think, I can’t see who earned benefit form that bloodbath.
Ok, sorry for the double post again, I managed to read more about the letter, the only part I didn’t manage to understand till now.
First of all, this letter was found in negi’s jacket, and is from Curtius Goedel (looks like we now have his full name). So he managed somehow to put it in a pocket during this fight.
This isn’t an invitation for a “butaikai”, but a “butoukai” : a (dancing) ball, which is held “tonight”.
They researched a bit before informing negi, and there’s apparently a ball held tonight (can’t read the place).
I think the one with blond hair (forgot his name) is asking what they should do, and then tosaka says: “what do you mean? they are bounty heads…”
Next case is really blur, the blond guy is saying they should look inside (the letter?), and I I can’t read nodoka answer. Last case on this page is no longer about the letter.
Random thought carried over from the previous post… if Negi=Nagi, that puts a truly horrible spin on all those times he “accidentally” winds up touching the girls sexually. Almost as bad as Kodomo no Jikan.
And is it just me, or does it seem increasingly likely that Godel will wind up like Eva – a bad guy, but for all intents and purposes on Negi’s side? Remember that when we first saw Eva, it didn’t seem like there was any way their goals could be reconciled.
The Eishin news is pretty cool, especially since it answers the question about Motoko’s family involvement in training potential villains.

@arimareiji — It is always possible for Godel to be not as bad as he seems. The main difference between Godel and Eva is that Akamatsu-sensei telegraphed from the start that Eva wasn’t going to be as evil as we thought, namely because she was listed by Takahata-sensei as someone whom Negi could go to for advice.
I’m curious to see what Negi’s saying to Asuna-er Shiori-Asuna. Looks somewhat important. Of course, it’s probably something not important and Akamatsu-sensei’s just making it seem like it. But still, I’m looking forward to the new chapter with great anticipation. Also, Shiori’s probably gonna finally get discovered. Finally. We need as much real Asuna as we can get.
I can see a Tenchi moment occurring in this chapter… like when Zero disguises itself as Ryoko, Ryoko’s feelings for Tenchi overwhelmed Zero, making its mission difficult.
and according to a post from the AQS forums, on that dance party bit that may be in the next chapter, Asuna’s feelings for Negi would be too great for Shiori to deal with… her mission gets ultra-complicated which could also mean her cover could be blown.
Hey Astro, can you tell us where can we find “AI Love You” ? you say a that Auveruncus is similar to some Zero character, but a lot of people (myself included) have no ideea who that is.
Do you know a site where we can download or read some english scans?
You won’t find the manga online as far as I know. This was Akamatsu-sensei’s first manga title and that came out way before scanlations were ever heard of. TokyoPop has published the whole series though. I used to own it but sadly had to sell it a couple of years ago to pay medical bills. I might see if I can score volume 8 again.
Oh, I just found it on Mangafox. It’s called Ai Ga Tomaranai!

Kawai ! Shiori flustered is so cute! I realy hope she will join the good guys.
But still, a lot of events took place and they didn’t recover Yue. She’s probably arested by now, along with Emily, Colet and Beatrice, under the protection of Seras of course.
When this Magic World Arc will end, those might be “punished” (for disobeying orders) to be Negi’s students for a while (hopefully Shiori too). Like Anya was in Negima?! Neo.
Oh, regarding Negima?! Neo, aparently Asuna’s royal origin has been revealed and she’s geting maried with someone that looks 99.99% like Auveruncus. Everyone can guess what will hapen next…

I think Shiori’s cute and I’m happy to see her get character development. It’s cool with me if she stays a “bad guy”, though; villain girls are awesome.
is there any sign of the RAW coming soon or what? and i hope negi and eva will fight in the next mmt(mahora matial-arts tournament)seriusly negi using ME against eva and i personally think negi is already stronger then eva also i hope negi will be recogniced as a magister-magi at the end of the mundus magicus arc that would be AWSOME haha.
