Negima! Some Asuna Love!

Negima! Some Asuna Love!

In honor of what’s to come in Negima! chapter 334 (and because my blogging plans got thwarted), I thought I’d toss a couple of nifty images featuring Asuna. ^_^

Negima!
Negima!

Hopefully, I’ll get to blog the new chapter sooner rather than later ’cause despite what some of you may think, my Nagi theory isn’t off the table from what I can tell. ^_~

Also, I do still look for spoiler images.  The Japanese do post spoiler text most times, but to be honest, often there are fake things as well as legit text spoilers, so I just end up passing on the lot of them. I think the Japanese quit posting them because Kodansha removes them rather quickly. As such, what’s the point of uploading them?  I am looking into another source though so stay tuned. ^_^

Well Mr.Astro, the chapter just got released by Red Hawk Scans. So I guess you’ll be blogging the chapter sooner than you think.

Oh, I’m waiting with abated breath! ( for the new chapter, now apparently, as well as to see what becomes of your Nagi theory, right?)

personally I can’t help but feel that Negi turning out to be Nagi would be one incredible cop-out for this story on so many levels. because it would basically mean that Negi and everything that makes him a special character and thus this story a special story – since it is his story (still with me?) – would be gone, dissolved back into Nagi as soon as he turns himself back. I mean, wouldn’t it?
What’s your take on this, ANB?

    YES YES YES!
    (clears throat…)
Ok, I just read it and honestly I’m not sure yet what to think, aside from the fact I’m glad Asuna’s back and she’s kicking butt (whose butt, you ask? well…)
One thing seems clear though: Akamatsu-sensei seems to have decided to go a more traditional way with Negi’s Father (heck, it dosn’t get any more traditional, really!) than you suspected, ANB (or is that feared/hoped?).
Awesome chapter, anyways, just look at the princess-carry Asuna gave Negi and Asuna seeming completely her old self.
Just a very Akamatsu-like chapter, I feel. I have a tremendous respect for this guys ability to make satisfying story-decisions. Not a lot of mangakas, or writers in general seem to have that to the same degree.
    Waiting for your review.

    Yes! It’s Nagi-Sin after all!

(Sorry, I know saying “toldja so” is an a-hole move, but this one seemed unlikely enough that it kinda surprised me too.)

UWAH! THAT CHAPTER WAS SO SURPRISING!!!! I’m glad it’s not over yet though. I’d read the raw but my Japanese is still lacking so I wasn’t entirely sure what they were talking about. Still, it’s finally over! The Magic World Arc is at it’s close!!! After…what…3-4 years of Magic world? We’re Finally back to Mahora and out of that land (or we will be soon at least).

Yeah, the chapter review comes up tomorrow, so I’ll wait to see what the reaction is. *lol*

Asuna proves that would not be the case, in my opinion. Asuna’s original personality and memories were restored and while there are some small changes in Asuna’s personality, she’s still Asuna.

I think that if Negi is Nagi and Nagi comes back, the two personalities would merge and that would be that. Nagi would be more along the lines of what we saw Negi as in his Nagi disguise. That’s my take, at least.

Hate to say it, but from what I’ve seen you’ll probably keeping insisting it’s possible even after the series is over…

    😛

Without getting explicit (not until the review goes up), the apparent answer in this chapter is something that Akamatsu’s been dropping hints about over the last dozen or so chapters.

Honestly, I didn’t miss Asuna at all, but have she simply defeating (?) LM in one hit just bugs me (heck, Negi’s 4 years of power up just were throw in the mud).

About your question on Blogima, Astro, I access Raw Bunko (Raw Paradise’s successor) and keep an eye at AQS. I haven’t a little clue how to find spoilers on 2ch, after all. ^^”

You can find a link to Raw Bunko at “Scanlations e Mangás em geral” in my blog.

    See ya!

*LOL* I won’t have the energy to do that then. ^_~

Yeah, the rushing to match the movie’s release. *_*

    And thanks. ^_^
