The UQ Holder chapter 30 goodness begins.^_^
Well, at least Karin hasn’t been forgotten about by Akaatsu-sensei, even if she’s stuck waiting for a lift. ^_^; I really home that she gets worked back into things sooner rather than later. I’d become fond of her as a character, though I admit that I’m totally loving Eva being on stage at the moment. ^_^
Yay! Kuroumaru is back. ^_^ Now, as I said earlier, we need to get Karin back and life would be good…mostly. ^_~
Everything ends OK if we got time for a laugh and a remark on being a mothercon, right? ^_~ I’d guess this would be some sort of something about Eva-Yukihime (yeah, I see “Yukihime-san” in the text).
Oh yeah! Who called it on Eva using ice magic for the fires? (It wasn’t me.) I can’t recall, but kudos to whomever called it. ^_^
Yeah, I’d say Eva hasn’t lost a step at all, thank you very much. ^_~ I’m really glad to see her using high end magic like this, even if it isn’t to smite her enemies (at least, I don’t think that’s going on). How Negi has influenced her, eh? ^_~
Well, I’m pretty excited to read this chapter when it comes out.

I was the one who called it (in an older post of yours), although my call was she using Ice magic to indirect put out the fire (like summoning ice balls and let them melt). And that’s because I thought a direct freezing would cause more damage. Although maybe after the fire is put out she could just make the ice disappear.
Interesting that spell may be even stronger than Kosmike Katastrophe, as Evangeline used it for her Magic Erebia against Negi rather than KK. Also I wonder if it’s an Eva original.
Ah, cool. I knew someone had mentioned it earlier, but since my work projects have me turning every which way, I didn’t have time to look back through comments.
As I think about it, a direct freezing is allowing her to knock out the fires immediately rather than allowing the fires to melt the ice and put themselves out slowly. So it makes sense to do it her way, provided she doesn’t do what she did to Ryoumen Sukuna no Kami. ^_~
Considering Eva’s age and thirst for knowledge and power to defend herself from any and all enemies, I wouldn’t be surprised if she invented this as well.
True considering how much of monster negi became after learning from Eva. Lightning speed shundo, unison/combination magic, magic absorbtion… The titan slayer spells negi had were deadly in one of one
I think I’m looking forward this chapter the most.
Mainly because the return of Eva’s magic, also the Numbers seems interesting too.
Yeah, hopefully the whole numbers thing will be properly explained.
Poor Karin, even though she has to stand the pain of being on the moon without any space suit, I find that image of her rather funny : she looks like a child who’s sulking in a corner! XD
*lol* I imagined her wondering, “When the heck is someone going to get me out of here?!” Of course, she may also be frustrated with herself for falling into Nagumo’s trap.

Seems like this arc is finally over. Thank god. I hope the next one will be more interesting.

Let’s see whether someone to look for her, maybe, Could Evangeline use the teleportation via shadow as she did in Kyoto?
That’s a good question. She can teleport a great distance, but whether to the moon or not, who can say at present.
I suppose Evageline could teleport to the moon but then it depends on her what her immortality can stop. Karin is still conscious because she possess one of the strongest levels of immortality and can’t die by human means.
Jinbei type can’t survive if sent to the moon
Touta and Eva might be able to if their immortality can prevent suffocation and keep them conscious whilst in space
Alternatively if karin has a pactio she could be summoned
The pactio system has been MIA thus far, but Karin does seem a likely candidate since Chachazero fell by the wayside (which still bums me out).
I don’t think that they have a pactio, because if not Karin had use the card for notify Evangeline what was happening before with the inmortal hunters instead of Kuroumaru does the warning, but maybe in a future they have one. (I think that would be fun to see)
I wonder what became of Chachazero, I don’t understand because Evangeline left her. Chachazero had been for many years ago with her, maybe, Chachazero will appear as Fate did in the manga
I’m actually wondering if the pactio system is still in place.
I’m really wanting Akamatsu-sensei to explore this aspect. I loved Chachazero. I do postulate a theory on what could have happened with Chachazero and Eva (but it is just wild speculation).
