愛・天地無用! Ep. 44 (54 w/ recap episodes)
Ai Tenchi Muyo! – 44 Review
SPOILER Summary/Synopsis:
Tenchi stabilizes Momo from the dimensional distortion as Sasami and Aeka confront Kurihara as official reps from Jurai. She wants them arrested, but a dish on the old school, which turns out to be a black hole weapon, gets more attention. The weapon fires, but fails to disable the inbound GP warhead. Gouriki-kun uses the debris around him to enlarge himself, whereby he smacks the warhead. In the explosion, Ryoko manages to get the Juraian weapon and escape the fissure.
Thoughts/Review:
For episode 41, the cliched actions of the GXP people and their overconfidence in their plan makes me roll my eyes.
For episode 42, yay Ryoko.
Yay Washu.
For episode 43, I really don’t have a lot to say. For me, we have this fairly uncompelling story that’s coming to an end.
For episode 44, again, I don’t have anything to say. I just can’t get myself to care about any of this.
Well, I did like Sasami and Aeka showing up in their robes to confront Kurihara.
Beyond that, I just don’t find anything about this story to be that compelling. Maybe I’m just getting too old for certain kinds of stories, I don’t know. We’ll see how things wrap up.
Hey, ANB, you missed something, Eps. 55 was not a Recap, but full episode, with a strong clincher, the ultimate target of the GP. Now I will not be a spoiler and let you publish that first,. All I will say is if the GP think it will get way with stealing it, under the nose to Two members of the Juraian Royal Family, they drinking “Carrot Juice.”
I haven’t watched episode 55, so I appreciate the head’s up. I’ll make sure to watch it since it should be next on the list.
