Tonikaku Cawaii Chapter 126
Tonikaku Kawaii Fly Me to the Moon 126
トニカクカワイイ 126
Spoiler Summary/Synopsis:
Nasa, Tsukasa, Aya, Jessie, and Hotaru enter the haunted mansion. Outside, Usa reports to Hakase that Shirogane has disappeared. As such, a search for Shirogane begins. Aya, Jessie, and Hotaru go in one direction and chat about rumors surrounding the mansion. Tsukasa and Nasa go in another direction. She decides to have some fun by scaring him in the dark. This also spooks Jessie and Hotaru, who’ve returned.
The four hear a scream and think it is from Shirogane. They race upstairs to an old bedroom, where Tsukasa has Nasa look at the large bed. Tsukasa then notices that Aya is missing. Meanwhile, Aya is thinking of the Masakado ghost story and racing to find the others. She encounters a headless suit of armor that rises. This causes her to scream.
Nasa has Jessie and Hotaru go outside. Tsukasa elects to stay with him as married couple stick together. Nasa takes her hand and they head off in search of Aya. Tsukasa is amused by Nasa’s fear.
Thoughts/Review:
Man, I can’t believe how far behind I’ve fallen all over. However, I’ve now read Tonikaku Cawaii Chapter 126, and it was a fun chapter.
Supernatural or No
It is pretty clear that Hakase has set up a haunted house scenario in Tonikaku Cawaii Chapter 126. So the headless armor is likely a faked thing, even though I’d love for it to be real. And who knows what other fun Hakase has in store for everyone.
That said, I’m REALLY hoping for actual supernatural elements to appear. After all, we are in Nagi’s mansion from Hayate the Combat Butler. Father Radiostar lived here, and he was a ghost. And the supernatural played a very large role in that manga series. So it is highly possible we could see something real. I’d love to see Hakase freak out at seeing a real ghost…or a talking tiger.
We’ll see if Hata-sensei does this. But considering Tsukasa’s own supernatural element in that she’s probably immortal, I think Hata-sensei should include supernatural stuff in the mansion.
Final Thoughts and Conclusion
Let me wrap up my review of Tonikaku Cawaii Chapter 126 with some final thoughts.
- It really is sad to see how Nagi’s mansion has fallen into disrepair. These things do happen in real life. I’ve watched exploration videos on YouTube where folks explore abandoned places, including mansions.
- I got a kick out of Tsukasa’s lack of fear. Indeed, she’s still interested in checking out furniture for their new apartment.
In the end, Tonikaku Cawaii Chapter 126 is a fun chapter. I look forward to seeing where Hata-sensei takes things.
