Thoughts/Review:
Finally, another break to allow me to do a bit of reading. And thus it is time to delve into Tonikaku Cawaii Chapter 145.
Tsukasa Frustration
Obviously, I know Nasa and Tsukasa work things out. However, at the moment, I am very frustrated with Tsukasa. Nasa has a legitimate reason to have memory loss from the night of his accident, yet she goes off in a huff in spite of this. Thus, we are left with Nasa, who is going to the extreme to try to regain his memories, even taking beatings from Kaguya. I really felt bad for Nasa.
That said, now that he’s found her, I hope that Tsukasa asks Nasa for forgiveness. I rather suspect Nasa will ask Tsukasa for forgiveness. But how does Nasa regain this precious memory? Maybe Tsukasa starts telling him about it and that helps trigger things. Or maybe Kaguya comes in and grants a wish. Who knows at this point. (Well, I guess all of you do since I’m super behind in the series. 😅)
Final Thoughts and Conclusion
Let me wrap things up with some final thoughts on Tonikaku Cawaii Chapter 145.
- Tsukasa is really being a cold bitch to more than just Nasa. Up until now, Tsukasa wanting to be a bit standoffish from Chitose was just comedy. Now, Tsukasa abandoned Chitose as well. I felt badly for Chitose.
- I wonder what it was about Tokiko that caused Tsukasa to stay with her so long. Making a promise is one thing. But hanging around to allow Tokiko to have moon rocks retrieved is another. And why would Tsukasa abandon those if they gave her comfort?
- The ruined church’s exterior and interior don’t match. On the outside, maybe the first 25% of the church is still standing. On the inside, the whole thing exists, even if in a state of disrepair. I wonder if that means anything. When we saw the exterior in chapter 14, it was directly from the front, so I didn’t question the side walls existing when in fact they should not.
In the end, Tonikaku Cawaii Chapter 145 is kind of a depressing chapter, even if Nasa finally sees Tsukasa.
