Spoiler Summary/Synopsis:

As Tsukasa works the bathhouse desk, Aya enters and asks if Nasa was bothered by the fact that the mountain house had no Internet. Tsukasa is annoyed by this and informs Aya that Tsukasa wouldn’t cause Nasa problems. Indeed, she can make her husband safe and happy. Aya calls Tsukasa an airhead, causing Tsukasa to go off.

After her shift is over, Tsukasa thinks about how she feels she’s capable, but others in her life have expressed doubts. Kaname intercepts Tsukasa to get Nasa to check the bathhouse boiler. Tsukasa asks Kaname if Kaname feels Tsukasa is a capable person. After a moment’s pause, Kaname assures Tsukasa she is capable.

Meanwhile, Nasa is looking at the mechanism hidden in the clock, trying to figure it out. Tsukasa enters to inform him about the boiler. She asks about the thing from the clock. Nasa says it is a machine that can read the 5D crystal data. He asks her not to mess with it as he leaves to fix the boiler.

Tsukasa picks up the device and it falls apart. When Nasa returns, a trembling Tsukasa apologizes for breaking things. Nasa doesn’t think they are broken, but realizes this will be hard to put back together. Tsukasa returns to the bathhouse desk. Anya enters and asks if she’s caused Nasa more problems.

Thoughts/Review:

Tonikaku Cawaii Chapter 190 touches on the plot, but adds some humor as well.

Tsukasa’s Weakness

Tsukasa may be over 1400 years old. I’ve no doubt she’s killed a ton of people, primarily with a katana. She clearly has a lot of skills that she’s acquired over this time. But as Tonikaku Cawaii Chapter 190 reminds us, she can be a bit spacey at times. Aya’s calling Tsukasa an airhead doesn’t mean much, considering Aya’s own airheadedness. But she does get Tsukasa thinking.

Thus Hata-sensei gives us an amusing look at Tsukasa considering whether she’s a capable person or not. But like all people, there are things Tsukasa is good at and things she sucks at. And clearly, she rates herself a bit too highly in areas she shouldn’t. Thus the artifact left by Tokiko for Nasa falls apart at Tsukasa’s touch. She was warned not to touch it. She did anyway. Then she made matters worse.

Still, I couldn’t help but feel bad for Tsukasa. After Aya accused her of probably causing problems for her husband, Tsukasa does just that. However, Nasa loves Tsukasa even with her inflated opinion of all of her capabilities. So even though she’s created a massive mess for him, he rolls with it.

Final Thoughts and Conclusion

Work has me buried, and this is a trash review, even for me. However, let me wrap up things for Tonikaku Cawaii Chapter 190 by stating that I enjoyed the chapter. I think Nasa will end up fixing the device and in doing so, will help further Tsukasa’s dream.
