Thoughts/Review:

We get the standard two story format in Keroro Gunsou Episode 131. The first story returns us to the ongoing warrior crush Giroro has for Natsumi. It is weird to be sure, yet there is a certain sweetness, I guess. I gather from the episode that Natsumi loves sweet potatoes, thus the reason Giroro grew them. Of course, to add a little excitement, we get the space sweet potato monster. 😂 Harmless stuff.

Keroro Gunsou Episode 131

For the second story, I did get a chuckle out of the fact that Momoka’s father defeated Keroro’s platoon. However, once I saw the extremes he was willing to go to in order to participate with Momoka in the three-legged race, I KNEW he wouldn’t actually participate ’cause “reasons”. Man, these cliched things can just be eye-rolling at times. It would have been funny if he showed up saying, “I bet you though I wouldn’t get to attend? Well, I’m here now!”

Final Thoughts and Conclusion

In the end, Keroro Gunsou Episode 131 is harmless fluff and entertaining for what it was.
