Thoughts/Review:

We get a single story with Keroro Gunsou Episode 126. To that end, the episode becomes a Nintendo gaming parody as well as a JRPG gaming parody. As such, the episode can be pretty amusing for what it is. I did chuckle when Mois defeated all of the enemies and caused Keroro’s party to all reach level 99. It reminded me of years ago, when my brother-in-law and sister “ran” me through Diablo II content to rapidly level up.

However, beyond the parody aspects, there’s not a lot to say about the episode. There were a lot more characters than normal. And everything conveniently wraps up with the stray cat Koneko somehow getting into the Hinata home and then pressing the rest button on the console. Eh, whatever.

Final Thoughts and Conclusion

In the end, Keroro Gunsou Episode 126 is a fun, parody take on JRPGs and Nintendo gaming of the time.
