Here’s what I know many of you have been waiting for — the original-sized, sneak-peek images for Mahou Sensei Negima! 243 as brought to you buy anonymous Japanese fans (click pic to make bigger, y’all). Amazingly, they are out EARLY (remember last time, they took forever).
Naked Ako, clothed Ako, Fate, Negi, and Jack kicking bottom. ^_^

Well, considering the fact that Ken-sensei had this chapter finished just a wee bit late for it to have made the deadline (hence the break), I’m not surprised the spoilers are out so early.
But with regards to the spoilers, why’d it have to kick the chapter off with a naked Ako? (meh, fanservice, I know)
I wonder if Fate is still with Asuna…or did he decide to check out the tournament? OR, is he going to face off with the ruin exploration group? (Kaede, Setsuna, Chachamaru and others)?
Akamatsu-sensei being early would not affect when the actual magazine would be published. *lol* I’m guessing the magazine arrives normally on Saturday morning (Japan time) for release on Wednesday and that the person who grabs the spoilers generally doesn’t upload them until Saturday evening in Japan. This time, he uploaded them at 03:00. ^_^;;;
Regarding Fate, if I had to guess, I’d say that Fate may well be checking out the fight. He has to know Negi is in it and since he’s bound to square off against Negi again, it would make sense for Fate to observe any improvements on Negi’s part.
Also, having Fate at the fight would allow the exploration group to actually have a chance of fighting Fate’s harem and winning, thus rescuing Asuna and Anya.
Oh cool! You got the spoilers out already. More Ako story, more fight, and more Fate. That is Fate, right?
I’m pretty sure that’s Fate.
I dont know what to say. Negi is gettign beat up (very cliched “I almost win till he says “i have yet to show my full power!””), naked ako (hopefully she doesnt take too much time up, and FATE!
Yeah, the fight does have cliched stuff, but not unsurprising considering this is a shounen manga.
I’m looking forward to learning how Ako found out Negi’s secret more than the outcome of the fight with Jack.
hehe, the spoilers poster must either be a battle-arc fan or an ako fan then eh? considering how fast the spoilers were put out.
wonder if this “finisher” move of rakan’s is newly named…
Maybe when Negi and Ako were all close on that last chapter, she noticed his scar and made the connection from when she saw Negi earlier.
Rakan’s Palm Buster or something else, according to Hata.
I’m with a bad impression about this chpater. Not about Ako’s feelings moment, but Akamatsu could perfectly end the fight with Negi’s lost.
Meanwhile it’s realistic, I’d like if Negi pulls some “hero’s determination” act to overcome Rakan. Cliche, I know, but having his ass handed to him by Rakan don’t help to think that Negi has chance against Fate…
nah, Negi will lose…

Word is Rakan countered Negi’s lightning speed via superior speed, and not strength. Might be just luck or fucking willpower here.
Whatever the case is, Rakan looks pissed, not just proud of Negi, pissed, but malice-pissed. Some dark emotions resurfacing within him?
