UQ Holder Tankoubon Volume 2 Cover (and a little house keeping)

Since there haven’t been any new spoiler images for UQ Holder (yet…the Chinese scans may come out first), I thought I’d share the UQ Holder volume 2 tankoubon cover, featuring Karin and Kuroumaru.

UQ Holder Tankoubon Volume 2

Looking good. ^_^

As to the housekeeping for the blog, I’m looking to move the site from DreamHost to another provider. I’m paying $50/month and I’m not getting the performance I should be. While the support people have been nice and tried to be as helpful as possible, ultimately, I need more memory, not unlimited storage and unlimited bandwidth. I don’t even get 1 gig  of memory on the pseudo VPS I have with DreamHost.  *_*

I have to do a LOT of research to try to figure out what hosting company will be the one. I’m closing in on a choice, but I have more reading to do.

In the meantime, I’m trying to do things to improve the site’s performance. One of the suggestions by DreamHost jacked up the site completely. *_*

If spoilers come out for chapter 25, I’ll make a post.

You can leave a response, or trackback from your own site.

  1. Akamatsu-sensei is really keeping the volume covers really simple , Which i don`t really mind , But i really liked what he did with Negima`s single volumes covers.

I liked the Negima! covers, but I like how the new cover art takes up the whole front cover.

I like this cover it gives off a much series and maturer feel than negima.

I have a question, does Ken Akamatsu write his abandoned plots for the story or scrapped plans for the characters when the volumes cames out?

I’m not sure how Akamatsu-sensei maps out his stories. Obviously, he does some kind of outline, but I think he keeps a certain level of fluidity in chase while writing for some characters, they end up going places one didn’t expect (including failure).
