Spotted Flower manga chapter 12.5 part 2 review
SPOILER Summary/Synopsis:
NOTE: For the purposes of this and future reviews, until the characters are given names, I will call the “not Saki” woman “Oku-san” (a term for a wife) and I’ll refer to the “not Madarame” guy as “Danna–san” (a term for a husband).
It is now Winter Comifes where not-Hato, not-Yajima, and one other are selling not-Hato’s doujinshi. As it is very cold, despite being indoors, not-Hato mentions that silicon can get very cold. Not-Yajima is not interested as she only has fat in her breasts and suggests not-Hato use hand warmers in his bra.
Not-Hato needs to go to the bathroom, so not-Yajima reminds him to cover his face since he’s technically not a girl still. Bundled up and covered up, not-Hato waits in the line to go to the male bathroom.
Thoughts/Review:
So, we get another 2-page special to tie in with the Summer Comifes chapter 12.5.Β And as before, it deals with the not-Hato and not-Yajima characters.
The joke about not-Hato getting a “boob job” continue, and obviously, the reason not-Hato would do this would be for getting the not-Madarame character (“Danna-san” as I like to call him).
It still amuses me to see the relationship of the adult not-Yajima and not-Hato. With Kio-sensei having done a chapter revealing that not-Hato is still interested in Danna-san, one wonders why not-Yajima would hang around.Β Maybe that will be something Kio-sensei will explore later.
Hopefully, we get a complete Spotted Flower chapter next time. Also, hopefully I can read the newest chapter of Genshiken Nidaime where the Madarame harem arc continues.

Hmmm never considered that not-Hato would get the boob job as part of a never ending pursuit of not-Mada. Hmmmmm Don’t know if I buy the whole thing, but it sure sounds plausible, if kind of sad.
Well, I wouldn’t have either, but going back to that one Spotted Flower chapter where not-Saki realizes that not-Hato still hasn’t given up on not-Madarame makes me think that not-Hato probably is trying to become a woman so that he can then say, “I’m no longer a man, therefore you shouldn’t have a problem with me sexually now.” I think that although not-Madarame plays trap games, when it comes to the real thing, I think he’d still see not-Hato as a guy without the guy parts.
