Spring 2020 Anime Plans

Spring 2020 Anime Plans

Hey gang! I was recently asked what my viewing plans were for the Spring 2020 anime cour. So, I thought I’d take a moment and share said plans.

A Certain Scientific Railgun T

Naturally, I’ll be watching the second half of A Certain Scientific Railgun T. Having read the source manga, I mostly know what to expect. But I’m looking forward to seeing the entire arc animated.

Fruits Basket: 2nd Season

While I wasn’t 100% pleased with the adaptation of the first season of the Fruits Basket remake, on the whole, I was happy with it. As such, I am looking forward to watching and reviewing Fruits Basket: 2nd Season. Hopefully, the subtitles used by FUNimation will have improved. 😅

Princess Connect! Re:Dive

I don’t know anything about Princess Connect! Re:Dive, other than I see artwork for it sometimes appear in my Twitter timeline. I gather it is a fantasy title, based on a game. And I guess there’s a harem aspect as there’s one guy and some cute babes. So it may be mindless fluff, or it may be good. But considering how the last two “based off a video game” anime titles I watched were pretty good (Azur Lane and Fate/Grand Order Absolute Demonic Front: Babylonia), I’m hoping this series will be as well.

Princess Connect! Re:Dive

I doubt I have time for anything else for Spring 2020. Lord willing, I’ll do my annual road trip, which will make watching/blogging a challenge to say the least. (And forget about any Twitch/YouTube streaming.)

Anyway, I’m curious to hear what titles you all are interested in watching for Spring 2020. Let me know in the comments. 😄
