New Railgun Series Confirmed!

The A Certain Official Project (とあるプロジェクト公式) Twitter/X account announced on the 16th that the 4th season of A Certain Scientific Railgun is confirmed. Here’s the tweet.

Here’s the link to the post. The A Certain Scientific Railgun T series got us through chapter 97 of the manga. Assuming the production team opts for a faithful adaptation, which they’ve mostly done of late, that means the new Railgun anime should start with the Jailbreak arc. And it is pretty hilarious how Mikoto gets baited into things, much to Kuroko’s chagrin.

It is a really interesting arc that I look forward to seeing animated.
